This drawing is organized by grüNRW. The following entry conditions apply: grüNRW reserves the right to change the entry conditions at any time. Furthermore, grüNRW reserves the right to terminate or suspend the drawing due to important reasons. This applies particularly to reasons which would disrupt or inhibit the execution of the drawing according to plan.

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible. grüNRW is authorised to bar individuals for legitimate reasons, e.g. for violation of entry conditions, multiple entry, undue influence of the drawing, manipulation, etc. Employees of grüNRW and their immediate family are not eligible to participate.

Each entrant is only allowed to participate once. Participation in the drawing is free of charge, the only expenses consist in the forwarding expenses to return the passport. Participation does not automatically entitle entrants to a prize. Only entrants with the specified number of stamps in their passport who have filled in all required contact details will be admitted to the drawing. The winner will be drawn randomly from all correct entries.

The only prize allocated is the one detailed in the drawing description. The winner will be contacted promptly via the contact details provided in the passport. Winners who fail to contact Dr. Seick Garden Travels within 60 days after their notification forfeit their right to the prize. The entrant is solely responsible for the accuracy of the specified contact details.

The prize is non-transferable with no cash alternative available.

All information is given by grüNRW without warranty.Any recourse to legal action is excluded.

In case of individual terms being or becoming invalid, all other entry conditions remain unaffected and still apply. A new term that best serves the purpose of the invalid term will supersede the former.
